Hopeful

I had originally decided that I wanted to paint something purple, but this ended up not having as much purple in it as I would have liked. I still love it, though. But I'm going to have to have another go at painting something drenched in purple. If I had to describe my very favorite thing to paint, it would be "positively miserable-looking people swathed in purple and black", although, to glance at my gallery in its current state, you wouldn't guess it. But since I paint with the knowledge that I will be selling the work for other people to use (tubes), I kind of feel like I should try to vary my colors. But if I go too long without getting my fix, that little demon whispers in my ear "hey enamorte GUESS WHAT COLOR YOU HAVEN'T USED IN A WHILE" and I cease to function properly until I paint something obnoxiously purple.
